Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Offerors

 

Houston Classical Charter School, a Texas open-enrollment charter school charter school, is issuing an RFP for construction manager at risk services needed for building, renovation and campus improvements at its property in Houston, Texas.

Deadline for response to the RFQ is Friday January 20, 2023.  Sealed RFP responses will be opened at Monday January 23, 2023 at the school’s central administrative offices located at  6403 Addicks Clodine Rd, Houston, TX 77083.  

 

Houston Classical reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed in the best interest of the school.
